How to get access:
For security reasons you need to set up a new password to gain access to your account. To do this, follow the steps noted below:
1. Click the button below to visit the new website, and then select “Forgot username?”
2. Enter your Email address in the Email field and click “Submit”
Please ensure you use the email address that you recieve communication from the GTAV.
3. Email notification
You will receive an email from us that will contain your username and a link to set your new password. Click this link and continue to step 4.
(Remember to check your junk folder for the email. If you do not receive the email, please contact us on 03 9824 8355.)
4. Enter your new password, confirm, and click "Submit"
You will now be able to sign in using your username and new password. You will be taken to the 'Member Centre' which is your personal landing page where you will find information specifically for you.
You'll need to complete your profile to ensure that we have the most up to date information for you. We also ask that you review and update your email preferences as your new profile will automatically default to all email preferences being selected. To do this, click on your name in the top menu bar, then select 'My Account'.
Here you can update your personal details, manage your membership, view registered events/orders, and select your communication preferences.
